Refunds & Returns Policy

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your item is faulty simply return the item or items to us within 7 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please email us with your full name, order number, delivery note and photographic evidence of the fault, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. Returns sent to us without the above cannot be processed.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. We will always inform you of any transaction beforehand.

We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as, Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery. You will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

 

How long do I have to wait until I’m refunded?

Once reviewed and accepted by our team, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. Around busier time periods such as November, Black Friday and Christmas time, this timeframe can extend to 21 days. 

Returns for Refund

Any faulty returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt. We will minus the cost of the initial postage fee.

Have you received my return?

We do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to track your delivery through the carrier that you used.

Please note we usually process a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your return. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund or send you your replacement.

If it has been more than 5 working days since we received your return, please e-mail us quoting your name, full address and order number.

When will I receive my replacement?

It will take us up to 5 working days to process an exchange. It will then take 2-14 days depending on your location (UK or overseas). Please be assured that we will endeavour to process exchanges as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to refund me?

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you by email. We will credit the card you used for the original transaction. Please note that you may have to wait 5-10 days for the refund transaction to be credited to your account.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?

If you are returning an item, or items, to us for a refund then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.

Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Package up the order

It doesn’t have to be in its original package but must include the packaging slip that it came with which must also include your order number so we can identify it. Without it, a refund cannot be processed.
