How long do we take to process orders?
All full-price orders are usually processed within 5 working days. For pre-order offers please check item description for specific timescales on our shop page.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For items sent within the UK, it can take up to 7 working days to arrive. For any items outside the EU can take up to 25 working days. If for any reason goods do not arrive, we are not obliged to refund your payment or dispatch a replacement order.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail standard delivery
US and international orders sent via Royal Mail airmail
Standard estimated delivery times (excludes pre-order offer)
UK – 2-3 working days
EU – 7-10 working days
US – 3-5 working days
Canada – 3-7 working days
Rest of the World – 10-15 working days
Where's my order?
Track your order
Check your mailbox for the shipping confirmation (remember to check your spam/junk folder too), there you’ll find the tracking number which will tell you where your order is.
Check the estimated time of delivery
Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To check the progress of your order, track it using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.
I’m still waiting for my order
Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
